You'll Be Missed

WOW! That's the first word that comes to mind when I think of this past week. My grandfather passed away Thursday, January 1,2009 while at home. I want to thank ALL of you for your nice and up lifting words during this time. Our family can not say THANK YOU enough.

My grandfather will be buried at Willamette National Cemetery along with my grandmother. Before the service started there was a military gun salute and bugle tribute. Very moving! They shot off 4 gun shots. The US flag was given to my dad (picture shown with my mom) and uncle along with the 4 empty gun shells . Yes this is a sad time, but my grandfather is in a much better place. He will be missed. Again THANK YOU ALL!
